Elana Pierro

Elana Pierro has been dancing since the age of 5 and has spent most of her dancing years with NHAPA. She was a member of the SCDC during high school and enjoyed all the opportunities to perform, compete and travel. She was the recipient of NHAPA’s student of the year award in 2004 before leaving to attend the University of New Hampshire. Currently, she is in her senior year at UNH majoring in English with a minor in Spanish and Dance. She is a third year captain of the UNH Dance Team and was named Collegiate All-American by the National Dance Alliance in 2005 and 2006. Elana is also in her second season as a member of the Manchester Wolves Dance Team. Elana has remained a part of the NHAPA family since high school by substitute teaching and also teaching during their summer programs.
